Single Room in Village just outside Headington

ABOUT THE ACCOMMODATION:
One single room is on offer in a quiet 3-bed semi located at the end of a cul-de-sac in Forest Hill (so called because there's a small forest on the top of the hill on which the village sits) - the first village outside the Oxford ring road going towards London. It's a very safe area with lovely neighbours who all look out for each other.
I'd prefer a Monday-Friday arrangement though something else would be considered.
The village is small and pretty and is surrounded by lots of countryside for walking, cycling and having fun, whilst being right on the edge of Oxford itself.
The location is excellently suited for Wheatley, Headington and the Park & Ride to London/airports or Oxford City.
There also happens to be one of the best pick-your-own fruit farms in the country a mile down the road.

Inside the house, the downstairs consists of a hallway with cupboard for shoes and coats etc. and the stairs come up from here. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and is open plan with the sitting room. It has everything you'd need - fridge/freezer, double oven, large hob, microwave, dishwasher. The sitting room has a very comfy, large corner sofa, a piano and a proper fire.

Upstairs are three bedrooms and the bathroom. The third bedroom is a spare room for guests. The bathroom has a bath and rain-shower, and the washer-dryer is in here too.

There's a pretty large garden that I manage to keep under control, although not immaculate.

There's also a garage at the front of the house and a large shed at the back, so that's bike-storage sorted. There's a driveway in front of that and plenty of other safe parking just in the cul-de-sac.

ABOUT ME:
I'm a single 37 year old professional Christian man. I enjoy music, food, tea, spending time with friends, dancing, motorsport and a few other things that I've probably forgotten!

I do travel a lot with my work - this can be up to around half of any given month - so there would be lots of time for you to have personal space. I also enjoy being able to entertain from time to time, and I'd be very pleased for you to do the same. Doing it together with a housemate and a bunch of friends is also a very good thing.

I'm not always the most immaculate, but I do like to keep a clean house, ideally every week.
