Double Room in Beautiful Village

The house is situated in a lovely village location within easy reach of Oxford, Witney, Bicester, Abingdon. Also a perfect location for CAE trainee pilots, only 10 minutes from Oxford London Airport. A car is essential as there is only a limited bus service, but plenty of room to park on the road at the front of the property. The train to Oxford from the local station in Hanborough takes only 10 minutes. Access to shared bathroom, kitchen, dining area, utility room and large south-east facing garden with patio table, chairs and BBQ. The bedroom has a double bed, and an armchair for relaxing. The house is currently occupied by live in landlord and one other full time lodger, and sons come to stay sometimes. There is also a cat in residence. I like a quiet house so no rowdy parties, but otherwise quite laid back.
