The Spare room is within a 2 Bedroom cosy top floor modern apartment. It has a good location to Train station, Town Centre, Motorway and major Bus routes.
Large number of conveniences nearby include: retail park stores, pharmacy, pubs and restaurants and the Town Centre is around a 10 minute walk.

The Room itself contains a comfortable single bed, bedside cabinet with lamp, wall mounted fan extractor, blackout blind over the window, there is also a sizeable built in wardrobe with hanging rail and storage under a built in shelf. There are two double sockets one with USB outlets, New carpet is also laid as the room has recently been fully re-decorated. There is also plenty of space at the end of the bed should further furnishings or storage be brought in

Non-smoking tenant only.
The room would be ideal for someone who may be contracting to save daily long distance commutes.

The rental cost is £390.00 which includes all utility bills. I'm not charging a security deposit, on the basis that if anything is broken, it has to be replaced like for like.
