Single bedroom

I have a single room available to rent out, it comes with a single bed (new mattress), bedside cabinet and x2 single wardrobes.
I can provide x1 bedding set with pillows and a duvet if you need.
You will have full access to the kitchen and washing machine.

I have a cat who is very timid so I hope you like cats!

I’m very clean + tidy and I work long shifts so I’m looking for someone who is ok with cats, very clean and also very quiet.

There is a car park on first comes first serve basis and bus stop just off the main road in walking distance (literally 20 seconds).

£650 rent including all bills and £200 returnable deposit.

When I’m at work you can have free run of the house which is almost half the week.

If you get the cat’s approval, it’s a yes from me!
