We have a spacious double room available in our modern, new build home. The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe, desk, and chair.

All bills are included in the rent (electricity, gas, water, council tax, and internet).

We are a sociable and friendly couple living with our small dog, Reggie. We enjoy a peaceful, tidy home environment and love socialising.

There is on-street parking available.
We’re located close to Grove Tech Park, Williams F1, Milton Park, and Harwell. Oxford and Didcot Parkway stations are within easy commuting distance. A bus stop is just a 5-minute walk away, with direct buses to Oxford. Excellent public transport links.

The room will be available to view mid-end of January, though this advert is posted early to find the right housemate.
