Two light rooms in a friendly household ☀️

I have two lovely rooms available in a family household.
Both rooms have double doors onto a small balcony area.
The flat is up to flights of stairs, so unfortunately it’s not suitable for anyone that would have difficulty with stairs.
I live there with my 11-year-old son who basically just lives in his room.
Due to a child being in the home, I will request references and priority is given to those with jobs that have a DBS.
They have three lovely house cats. An elderly teeny dog and a lively one year-old medium size dog.
We currently don’t allow pets into the spare bedroom however if you would like to allow them access then that’s totally fine and up to you however if you let them in once they will be expecting to go in again .
