Master bedroom double room for single occupancy

The home's master double bedroom is available for a Sunday eve/Monday to Friday let.

The room is fully furnished and finished to a high standard, including:

- Very comfortable king size bed with memory foam-topped mattress.
- All bedding and towels provided and laundered weekly
- Bedside table with drawer
- Bedside lamp
- Comfortable tub chair and foot stool
- Small desk and computer chair
- Amazon Fire TV
- Large fitted wardrobes, with plenty of hanging space and fitted shelves
- Chest of drawers
- Black out material lined curtains

In addition to your private room the following shared areas and resources in the home are open for you to use:

- Strong WiFi throughout with a fibre to the property connection, along with failover/redundancy to a second service to prevent outages
- Shared bathroom, with electric hot shower
- Fully fitted kitchen stocked with all the appliances and utensils you'd expect from a modern home kitchen
- Living room with 2x comfortable double sofas, TV with FireTV, 4 seater table and chairs
- Sun room and private enclosed rear garden (south facing)
- Double off-street parking in driveway in front of house (1 space allocated for you if you drive)

The house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac and sees no passing traffic.

The house is perfectly located for a professional working at Williams F1, the Harwell Campus or Wantage with Milton Park a short and easy less than 30 minute commute during rush hour.

The nearest bus stop is a 2 minute walk from the house with a bus shelter and seat if the weather is detrimental. With a regular service (Stagecoach S9) to Oxford/Wantage and linking connections to all nearby towns and villages.

About me - I'm a very laid back live in landlord and I'm looking for the same in a lodger. An IT professional, who works from home. Happy to talk or chillout with you. Watch TV. Maybe with a glass of wine after a hard day's work. Equally, I'm just as comfortable if you wish to remain private and in your quarters.

About pets - The house is also home to Bisto the chihuahua. He's an friendly, older gentleman, but still loves life and his walks. He also sleeps a lot. He's not a yappy dog. He wont be in your room (unless you invite him in!)
