The room is furnished with a single bed, storage space, a shower unit, bathroom basin, kitchen unit and a toilet. The room also has TV, microwave, fridge, wardrobe, kettle, slow cooker, toaster and a work table. There is access to a shared freezer. Wireless broadband is supplied via cable. The room has a radiator and heated towel rail.
Rental Terms
The minimum contract will be for two (2) months with one month notice period. One month’s advanced non-returnable rent is required at the commencement of the contract and, thereafter, monthly, paid one week in advance.
Parking; there are 2 spaces
Monthly Rental: £630pm including all bills and laundry facilities
A security deposit of £630 is also required. Non-smokers only, no pets and no religion outside of room.
