I am moving out of the house, and looking for a tenant to take over my lease (until September 2025)

It's a 4 bedroom 2 bath house, in a quiet area of Headington, very close to bus stop to city center or London bus/airport bus. The current tenants are 1 masters student, 1 post graduate student and a young professional.

The room is a small double (brand new mattress and bed installed this week), with view to the garden.

The house is rented via Lucy Properties, I have lived in the house for over 6 years and they are great landlords, quick to repair or replace any equipment/furniture.

The moving in date is flexible, ideally looking for someone to replace me around start of December.

Available free off street parking. There is also a shed + garden + garage
