Looking for a quiet, reserved person. Very close to JR I am a live in landlady and one other tenant (male) (and cat) and am happy to share my space with another who appreciates peace and quiet and needs time to relax after a long day.
I do work from home 1 day a week and some evenings and need a confidential space downstairs but this is flexible.
Very nice open plan downstairs with kitchen/dinner flowing into a nice cosy lounge. The upstairs bathrooms is adjacent to double room. To be shared with one other. Must be very clean and tidy.
Excellently situated for all hospitals and bus stop into town is just 2 doors down. Also walking distance (5mins) to local shops/pharmacy/fast food places.
Very close to Headington Girls school and Brookes University.
Flexible on length of stay. No couples please. Will consider Mon to Friday let.
