Single furnished room in quiet area of OX3

I have a single furnished spare room available weekdays-only (Sunday night to Friday) in my three-bed semi-detached house in the quiet neighbourhood of Sandhills, Headington (OX3). £500/month. Ideal for a professional or postgrad/postdoc.
The house is warm and cosy with a good-sized kitchen, shared bathroom with separate shower cubicle, and good-sized garden which is very pleasant to sit in in the warmer weather. I prefer to keep the living room separate, but can provide a small television for the room if wishes
The room available has a single bed with storage space underneath, a chest of drawers, desk and chair, easy-chair, clothes rail and small storage unit. All bills included with wi-fi throughout. Plenty of on-street parking. It's about a 7-minute walk to the Thornhill park-and-ride for buses into Headington, the hospitals (JR, Churchill etc), and the town centre, or to London and the airports.
I'm a professional working at an Oxford college, and share the house with my teenage son and a very elderly, grumpy, slightly senile cat (the former is well-behaved, the latter debatable, so you must like cats please!). My spare time when at home tends to be quiet. I’m looking for someone who likes to relax quietly when at home. I would consider occasional weekend stays if required.
