You will have use of the kitchen with all appliances including a washing machine, two fridge freezers, plenty of cupboard space and a dining table and chairs. All crockery and cooking equipment is supplied and the communal areas are cleaned fortnightly by Ox Living. There is a shared shower room in the property and you will have access to the rear garden where you will find multiple seating. There is also bicycle storage, additional storage and parking for 2 cars on the driveway plus additional street parking.

The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. ALL bills included no hidden fees!!

NO DEPOSIT OPTION 💰
We now offer a no deposit option, minimising the upfront costs you have to pay! Instead of a standard deposit, you can pay a non-refundable service charge equivalent to 1-weeks rent. Like a traditional deposit, you will remain liable for any unreasonable damage or rent arrears at the end of the tenancy. You can still opt to pay the traditional deposit which is equivalent to 1-months rent.
