We have two spacious double rooms and one single room in a spacious detached house ready for a tenant. We are a family who are very friendly and easy going. Our house is newly decorated throughout.

Good location in Headington. Walking distance to Old road campus, Church hospital, Nuffield orthoedepic centre, Brookes uni and John Radcliffe Hospital. Headington shops are nearby. Bus stops to city centre and London are all close by.

We are looking for tidy, clean and quiet tenants. Suitable for student or professionals. None smoker. Kitchen for simple cooking.

Either long term or short term let. Short term price May different

The bigger room is around 18 square meters with king sized bed will be £1200 per month. The other double room
has a king sized bed too. Single room 900 per month for long term. Price is for one person only. Suitable two people can be considered with higher price.
