The room is spacious Master Double with fantastic natural light, wall to wall windows.... looking out onto mature trees... double wardrobe, big desk... You get the tranquil feeling of living in a forest in a luxury tree house.

The house is currently shared by 2 females young professionals working locally in hospitals etc. And 2 males one a doctor at the JR and the other post PHD.

6 minutes walk to Brookes & JR and other local hospitals.

We like to keep the kitchen/dinner sitting room clean and organised. The kitchen leads out to lovely sunny garden with grape vine.
At the front of the house there are established trees and flowering bushes and off road parking for 2 cars. At the rear is a large enclosed garden, entered by a locked side gate.

The location of the house is perfect, being a minutes walk from the bus stop for buses to the City centre, and a five minute walk for buses to the airports or Central London. Oxford Brookes University, The John Radcliffe and other Headington hospitals are within easy walking distance.

The house is situated in a quiet tree, lined cul-de-sac with a large Weeping Willow tree in the centre.
Within a leisurely five minute walk is Headington Centre where you will find the major supermarkets and also super markets from around the world.
There are a number of pubs, restaurants and coffee shops within the same five minute walk.
A maximum of five young professionals/post grad students share the house, which has all modern facilities including three bath/shower rooms with W. C's. and washbasins, one of which is en-suite.
The house complies with all recent safety regulations for Houses in Multiple Occupation, and the security has been passed by Thames Valley Police, although to the knowledge of the landlord there have never been any incidents of crime in Horwood Close in the past twenty years.
The landlord is a member of The National Landlords Association and Mydeposits deposit protection Scheme.
