Hi! We are two working professionals living in a spacious 4-bedroom house in Headington, and we're looking for new housemates!
Our house is quite sociable and we regularly play board games, watch movies, and just hang out in the living room. We're looking for a sociable and tidy person who is looking forward to getting involved in a fun and friendly house!
The house:
A bit about the house. It comes fully furnished with a dishwasher, tumble dryer, etc. There is a ground floor toilet, a bathroom with a bath and shower on the 1st floor and a bathroom with a shower on the 2nd floor, which is usually just shared between two people. The house also comes with a fully working upright piano, which keeps the neighbours entertained!
The rooms:
The master bedroom of the house, which comes furnished with a double bed and a huge amount of wardrobe/storage space! It also comes with a toilet and a shower en-suite.
The second room is also ensuite-ish. The bathroom is outside the room, but is dedicated to the occupant. This room has a bit less storage than the master bedroom, but comes with a large desk
Rent:
Master bedroom
£760 per month without bills. With council tax and bills, the total amount comes to around £880 per month.
Second bedroom
£685 per month without bills. With council tax and bills, the total amount comes to around £800 a month.
Move-in Date:
We're flexible on move-in dates around the 1st of January.
