Well-furnished and decorated private house in Headington. Ground floor bedroom, the size of the room is a double but currently with a single bed. Wardrobe, desk, mirror and bedside table included. The bedroom is east facing with great morning sunlight. Two shared toilets - shower downstairs and bath upstairs.
Quiet location close to Headington centre within walking distance (approx 15 mins). Aldi is about 15 mins away in the other direction. 5 mins to Churchill and Nutffield. Easy bus access to the city centre right in front of the house. All bills are included (including council tax).
Since most of the house will be shared, we are looking for a sensible and friendly housemate. The room is available for a maximum of four months (by the end of July).
