Faces street (west, sunset) but generally quiet, other than early bin collection on a Tuesday!!

There is a bathroom upstairs and a shower room downstairs, both with toilet.

The kitchen is equipped with basic amenities.

Settled here, is a 21yo Brookes student, my daughter, Daisy the feisty cat :) and myself. We've been sharing our home with students and young professionals of a variety of ages for a while now.

I work longish hours as a teaching assistant and run an after school club, 'artsy'.
E. loves games in general, but she's out often playing d&d and in outings with friends. Daisy is Daisy!
We are friendly, super positive and easy-going, mindful of others' privacy and space, and are looking for 2 homefriends that are friendly and sociable, tidy in the common areas - though we're humans and life happens so sometimes it doesn't happen - with a sense of humour and a positive mindset, who enjoy a homely vibe, share a drink/meal or movie :) a chat after a long day!
