I am a relaxed, chilled out person. Friendly but respectful of privacy etc. Would be good to have someone who wants to socialise occasionally. Do enjoy the odd trip down the pub on a sunny day and the odd project. Currently have wooden pallets stored for building a raft on 19th Sept.
Work as head chef of a restaurant in City centre.
Landlord lives out of the country, I've been here for two years. No agencies. £600 includes all bills. The bargin comes into effect via the landlord paying for the council tax. Landlord is very relaxed, say you wanted to paint your room or something similar, feel free.
