Room Available for the Right Person

Hello!

My name is Simon and I have a room available to rent out in Headington.

I am a relaxed, chilled out person. Friendly but respectful of privacy etc. Would be good to have someone who wants to socialise occasionally. Do enjoy the odd trip down the pub on a sunny day and the odd project. Currently have wooden pallets stored for building a raft, hopefully sometime this summer.
Work as head chef of a restaurant in city centre.

Landlord lives out of the country, I've been here for two years. No agencies. The bargin comes into effect via slightly cheaper than standard room but mainly through the landlord paying the council tax. Landlords is very relaxed, say you wanted to paint your room or something similar, feel free.
