A luxury house

A single room is available on the 25th of May. The room is on the second floor, sunny and comfertable, and it only shares the shower and toilet with one person.
The house comprises of a large shared living room, two modern and fully equipped kitchens, a garden, and a downstairs toilet. The communal areas will be cleaned twice every month.
The house comes with high-speed WiFi in all rooms. Energy, WiFi and water bills are included in the rental (excluding council tax).
The property is within walking distance of all Headington hospitals and shops, Brookes University and the Old Road Campus of Oxford University. It is also a 20 minutes walk to Oxford city center.
