Double room to rent

Hello 🙂, we have a double room available in our house from 1st May. The house is located in Headington, very close to the Churchill Hospital and well communicated with buses. The monthly price is £570 (bills included) + deposit. We will be four in total with the new person to come. We are all professionals in our thirties and we are very friendly and responsible people, and we like to keep the house clean and tidy. The landlord is also a very good man and is a very flexible person, which it makes everything very smootly. We would like to find a responsible, clean and friendly person.
