Hi, I'm the landlord of this large 6 bed house brilliant house in Headington.

It's just come on the market as individual rooms and number of rooms have already gone. From experience, these others won't be available for long! First come basis.

Minimum Contract Length 12 months but you can move out early if you find a replacement.

This house comes fully furnished with a new kitchen, equipped with cooker, microwave, washing machine and fridge freezer.

There is a small garden to the rear of the property - perfect for BBQ's and sunning yourselves in the coming summer months - and on-street parking.

The rent doesn't include bills but I would estimate at around £10 a week for your bills.

All rooms come with a bed, wardrobe, desk and chair.

The rooms are not available to couples unless you want to take 2 rooms.

I would require the first month's rent, a deposit of 5 weeks rent along with a UK home-owning guarantor. I am sorry but a guarantor is mandatory as it is a requirement.

Rooms are reserved on a first come, first serve basis.

The rooms are available from 26th August for 12 months.
