THE ROOM
We are offering a large, furnished, clean double room (downstairs) in our quiet family home to a (pref) female professional or post grad student from Monday to Friday. The room has a double bed, a desk and a chair, drawers for clothes storage, a full length mirror, a bedside table and lamp and hooks on the back of the door.
Shared spaces include a fully-equipped kitchen (with oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, toaster and dishwasher), newly fitted bathroom with over bath shower, downstairs toilet, and garden.
Smoking is permitted in the garden but not in the house.
There is an outside shelter for securing a bike. Parking is possible but would incur an additional cost.
We have speedy WIFI.
COST (inclusive of bills, WIFI and council tax but not parking)
NOTE this is a MON TO FRI let only.
4 nights a week £110 per week

ABOUT US
We are a family of two adults in our 50s (M/F). We enjoy cooking and eating, music, art, gardening and sport (to a greater or lesser extent!). We speak Spanish and English. Our home is a peaceful, clean, homely place. Quiet times are between 10 and 6am. Sorry, no parties.
PETS
We have 4 friendly cats, so you need to like cats and not be allergic!
YOU
We are looking for a considerate Mon-Fri tenant who works/studies full time and who will keep their room and shared areas clean and tidy after use.
