We have a double room becoming available on Cardwell Crescent in central Headington available from the 1st June, although the start date is flexible.

The room is available on the 16th November and is £800 inclusive of all bills apart from the WIFI and energy which is split between all housemates equally and averages around £30pcm.

The house is a large characterful house with a homely lounge, kitchen/diner, two full bathrooms and downstairs toilet. There is also a garden at the back of the property and a driveway at the front.

The property is located on Cardwell Crescent in central Headington.

All rooms include: Water and council tax. The energy bill and WIFI is split between each of the tenants equally and is usually around £30 per month.
