Double room in a 2-bedroom house in Headington

This house is located on a cul de sac and in a quiet neighbourhood nearby Horspath Driftway. It's a convenient location for BMW and MINI plants and within walking distance to Churchill Hospital, Oxford Old Road campus and Oxford Brookes. ALDI is within few mins walk from the house. Templars Square shopping centre and retail park are also within walking distance.

The house has a kitchen and a living room with a lovely back garden. The windows in the house were recently changed so the house is properly insulated (warm in winter and cool in summer). The bedroom is fully furnished with a double-size divan bed (with drawers underneath), a wardrobe, a desk and a huge closet (plenty of storage space). Please note that the room is only for SINGLE occupancy and the room will be available from 9th Feb 2026. The walls in the bedroom and in the living room were recently painted. You will be sharing with me only and I have an en-suite shower and a wash basin in my room so I won't be using the main bathroom that much. The main bathroom has been recently fitted with a high water pressure shower, ideal for those looking for a nice shower experience.

I work for Oxford University and I keep fairly regular working and sleeping hours. I like to maintain a certain level of tidiness and cleanliness in the house and hope to find a like-minded housemate. The rent is inclusive of bills, assuming reasonable usage of electricity and water. You will enjoy the super fast broadband in the house.
