Double Rooms in Headington, Oxford.

Hello,

We have a double room available from the 14th August in Headington, Oxford. To keep the balance in the house we are looking for a guy, and you need to be a full-time working professional. I'm sorry we cannot except students.

The room includes double bed, desk, chair, and wardrobe. Rent is inclusive of all bills including internet, tv license, and council tax. There is a shared living room with sofa bed and tv, kitchen with all necessities, utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, and 3 bathrooms.

The house has off street parking therefore perfect if you have a car, we have one space free. It is about a 20 minute bus journey to the city centre, and few minutes walk to the JR Hospital.

About us: We are a mix of people including English, Indian, Korean, and Scottish, with various jobs from working at the JR to Oxford Brookes. We like to have a good chat in the kitchen whilst cooking and eating dinner, might even pop open a bottle of bucks fizz now and then. We try to be considerate, friendly, and get to know each other. Treat the house like a home vibe 🏡 . Therefore we aren't a party house, and are respectful of each others space and noise. We have a cleaning rota and all pitch in with keeping the house homely and clean.
