Double room in a vibrant household!

My daughter left got university. The room is as she had it but I want the lodger to feel that their needs are met and can reorganize the room for an individual to feel most comfortable. The family bathroom is shared with one more person, as I have my own bathroom. There is an additional toilet on the ground floor, kitchen well equipped we can all use, living room with flat screen TV, with balcony. Each lodger gets s space in the kitchen cupboard as well as a shelf in the fridge and space in the family freezer. Grounds and garden are communal. There are , apart from, designated parking for owners, additional 10-15 visitors parking spots. Pets are not allowed unless they are “emotionally support animal”. I have a small super friendly fig on premises. I smoke but only on the balcony and kitchen (only if the window is open and the candle is on, as I detest the smell of smoke). Non smoker said that my home goes not smell of tobacco. I am a foreigner turned British. I came to London age 19, am 53 now, so I have a great understanding for people who have gone here from another country.
