✨️Double room In Spacious 3 Bedroom house✨️

Hi, I'm Tony. This ad is for a double room in my 3-bedroom house. We're located right next to Brookes University with great bus routes and a short walk from any of the three hospitals.

The bedroom has new flooring and freshly painted walls/ceiling, a sturdy wooden-framed bed with a new double-season, high-quality mattress. The two wardrobes currently in the room are optional along with the dressing table (we also have a fold out wooden desk).

The house has recently been decorated top to bottom and is fully equipped with appliances such as a dishwasher, clothes washer, and tumble dryer. Additional amenities include a spacious garden, fast Internet, a new shower/bath and two fridge freezers.

If you were to move in, you would be joining a friendly atmosphere with two current professional occupants (Myself and Kevin) - Three if you include my lovely girlfriend Mihaela who spends a lot of her spare time here too.

When we're not working loads of hours we do enjoy going out as a house from time to time, whether in nature for a camp fire, relax in the sun etc, or to the pub to play pool or something. Sometimes we have movie nights in the living room. If our new housemate wanted to join in with these thing's or other adventures that would be nice, you are more than welcome but also this isn't a requirement - we're happy either way! :)

I do all the general DIY around the house and happy to make adjustments to help people feel more comfortable and at home.

The house is heated by Gas central heating, so the place is always warm!

We share kitchen utensils, pots/pans, but this is optional - you can use your own and store them in your cabinet if you wish

We maintain a clean and tidy environment, using a cleaning rota and general housekeeping practices.

The garden is big and includes a patio, a fire pit, a small gym area and space to store bicycles. Garden is accessible through both a big side gate and the back door. Off-street parking is included.

The toilet room is separate from the bathroom, both spacious.

The lounge area is welcoming with a 50" TV, speakers, and comfy 5-seater sofa just waiting to be used!. Also has a book case with a vacant shelf!

All bills are included in the price (Coucil tax also).

We have a beautiful little kitten called Lulu.
