Larg size room for rent

Hi, I have a large size room for rent with attached toilet and bath. its fully furnished. King size Bed, under counter frige freezer, bed side drawer, wardrobe, chest drawer, study table with chair and also 2 large size drawers fitted in wall. The outside view from the windows is amazing, you can see beautiful oxford hills and sun set. The toilet bath is fully furnished as well and it's for sharing with an other TENANT. You can use the kitchen. Our house is near the John Radcliffe hospital and the Brooks university and Oxford university are not for away ,only few miles distance. The bus stop is on the corner of the road, it will take you oxford town centre and Railway station, or where ever you would like to go. Shops and Pharmacy is also near the corner. Beautiful small garden, in summer you can enjoy it. For laundry washing machine with dryer is also available.
We are a small family, husband wife with 2kids. The kids are 14 and 12 years old. I have one an other TENANT in separate room as well, she will not share room with you, she has been living with me more than 3 years. We have good understanding. We are very kind, loving ,responsible and also caring people. We treated our TENANT as a family member.
Every home have their some role regulations, so
No smoking allowed,
No pets allowed,
No electric heaters allow in room if any problem happens with central heating then we will let you know and then in this case you will be allowed to use the electric heater in your room.
No friends or family gathering allowed,
No alcoholic are allowed at home,
No Male allowed inside of the house,
When ever you want to move somewhere else, you have to give me Notice before 1month other wise you will not be eligible for deposit,
If you want to go for holidays or an emergency you have to tell me about it, just to make sure for security that TENANT is not at room in those days,
Do not distrub neighbours or house members because of any bad activities. Our neighbours are very valuable for us.
Bens should be use according to the oxford city council legislation,

You can use the washing twice in a week , because I have an other TENANT and me also using the washing machine.
TV launch is available with kitchen, you can use it as well.
