You would live independently within a fantastically situated family house in Headington from Monday to Friday. You can leave personal effects in the room at weekends. This room will not be used on weekends. Occasionally Weekends STAY is fine.
The rent is £500 per month for 4 nights (Mon, Tue, Wed, Thurs) or £600 for 5 nights (Sun-Thurs), which includes all bills (Council Tax/ Water/ Electricity/ gas/ Internet/ TV licence). The accommodation on offer comprises of a bright and spacious unit featuring an en-suite shower room with WC and kitchenette. Your room comes with a double bed, a big wardrobe, chest and a dressing table. The kitchenette consists of a kitchen cabinet, fridge/freezer, microwave, mini oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery, and cutlery.
This concept almost gives you your own individual space– but without the overhead of bills associated with your own studio flat.
The house is in an ever popular area, with easy access to London road shops (0.8mile), the Old road campus (0.7mile), Hospitals (0.5-1 mile), Brooks University (1mile). 100 meters away from bus stop, frequent buses bring you to city centre or hospitals.
We are a quiet and friendly family, who value our own privacy and also completely respect your privacy (NEVER enter your room, DON’T knock your door or phone you, ONLY text or email you to communicate when necessary). We would offer a quiet, friendly and welcoming environment to someone who is respectful and considerate, work in the daytime at workplace and rest at night. No visitors in the house. If you treasure quietness, your privacy and independence in your own space, you may find this a place you can be comfortable.
The main kitchen at downstairs is accessible.

Off Road parking is available around the house.
