Single room to rent for 20/5/2024- 31/8/2024

Hello I am renting out my room from 20th May 2024 to August 31st 2024 (4 months). It is 202.00 pounds per week. Gas, utilities, gas, water, electricity is included. Council tax will be the responsibility of the landlord. Any enquiries please check oxford The PARK website.

The location is in oxford, UK. The place is called The Park and it is a student accommodation. It is near to the university of oxford Brookes (17 minutes bus ride) and a 30 minutes bus ride from The Park to the city centre.

REQUIREMENTS: MUST be a STUDENT, single occupancy, must take full duration of the contract from 20th may 2024 to 31st August 2024 (4months).

Room: second floor, 1 bedroom, 1 ensuite bathroom, study table and chair, carpet flooring, kitchen share with 4 roommates. Roommates are clean friendly and respectful, kitchen is always kept clean and spacious, two fridge, own pantry space.

Perks of The Park: cozy bedroom with privacy view, (great location as outside views are trees), no insects, good location with Aldi supermarket 8 minutes’ walk away.

The reason I’m moving out: I’m going back to my country for the summer on May as my classes finish in May. Hence, I need someone to rent my room for these 4 months as I will be vacant.

Note: I really recommend this place as it is a nice peaceful place with keys and key card security in all rooms and building. There is someone at the reception desk from morning to night from what I’ve seen. Packages are delivered and kept safely with reception. Area is safe and there are many fires safety equipment available around the building. There is a pool table and TV common area and laundry room. Overall, I’ve stayed here for about a year and have no issues at all with roommates or receptionist. Great place. Ill be happy to share my experience with anyone interested!
