Hi! We are two professionals age 24-26. We have one spare bedroom left in a 5-bed shared house in Headington. Available 10th September. We are trying to get a group of 5 together to reapply and have one room left. Professionals only please due to council tax. It’s close to the hospitals and city centre and there is a park, two gyms, shops and pubs/cafés nearby. Two shower rooms and one toilet. Living room which leads to a big kitchen with island and dining table. The photos we were originally sent are from when the house was just refurbished, but the house is fully furnished. There’s a garden with a patio and a vegetable patch my housemate has recently been working on! Looking to fill the rooms asap.

Bills and internet are not included. Council tax band E, EPC rating C. Parking available down a side street with resident parking permits.
