Large sunny double room in family house

Hello,

We are renting our spacious and sunny front facing room in the ground floor of our family house.

The kitchen, dining room, main bathroom and large back garden will be shared. You will have your own mini toilet (not ensuite) to use in the ground floor.

Our house is about 10min walk to the Churchill hospital, 25min walk to the Oxford Brookes university, 30 min walk to the JR hospital and 30 mins bus ride from the city, The bus stop is just a couple of mins down the road from our house which will take you to the city and hospital.

We have driveway parking available and it can fit upto one additional medium sized car. There is parking on the main road but you will need a parking permit from Oxfordshire Council to be able to park there.

We are looking for a student/ professional, who has to be respectful, clean and tidy. Please note no couples.

1 month's deposit, reference and copy of passport required. Guarantor also required for students.
