We are four friendly female professionals (aged 24-27) looking for two more professionals (or students happy to pay council tax) to join us in a cozy home in the Headington area. We are aiming for an early August move-in date and are currently considering two great properties that require a budget of at least £800 per month.
Currently we have two different options (both in Headington):
Property One:
Rent: £633.33
Deposit: £730.83
Council Tax: £41.40
Approx Bills: ~£90
Holding Fee: ~£950 (1 week rent)
Total Monthly: £764.73
Property Two:
Rent: £583.33
Deposit: £672.50
Council Tax: £41.40
Approx Bills: ~£90
Holding Fee: £807
Total Monthly: £714.73
We’re looking for flatmates who value cleanliness and are happy with a long-term stay. We want to create a home where we can be sociable and enjoy each other’s company while respecting personal space. We'd love to hear about your lifestyle, hobbies, and what kind of room you’re looking for.
