This semi-detached house can rent one double from December 6th, 2024, It is best for professionals or students, not couples. The house is located in a very friendly, safe and quiet Oxford neighbourhood community.

The house has a nice pretty back garden and front garden. It has an open kitchen on the ground floor with a clean new hob, a new dryer, a new washing machine, a dishwasher, a fridge, an oven, and a new boiler in the bathroom on the first floor.

The walk to JR Hospital is about 8 minutes, and the walk to Oxford Brookes University Marston and Headington campus is about 15 to 30 minutes by two to three different pathways. It takes 3 minutes to walk to the shops and several bus stops. The bus lines available are X3, 14, 700, and H2. It takes 15-20 minutes by bus to reach the town centre. Oxford University Park is a 30-40-minute walk.

I am the landlady. I like yoga, walking, gardening, gym, reading, writing, and making friends.

There is one 150*200cm double bed, a four-door large wardrobe with mirrors, a nice lamp, side bed tables, new carpets on the floor, and a new desk available. Hair dryer and Kitchen tools are available. The house only has a bathroom to share with me, the alcohol spray is available.

Rental: £880/four weeks for the double room; £720/four weeks for the single room, including electricity, gas, water, and Wi-Fi bills, with a one-month rental deposit.

The tenant can park one car in the front garden parking space. The back garden can do BBQ with my BBQ tools. Two sheds can store things including your bike.
