This three-bedroom semi-detached house has one double room available from Octobe 15th, and one single room available from November. Ideal for students or professionals (not suitable for couples), all bills are included, proffetional(not full time student) needs to pay council bill.

The house is located in a friendly, safe, and quiet neighbourhood in Oxford, with easy access to Headington shops, Summertown shops, and New Marston, as well as the Oxford University Park town centre (28 minutes walk or 10 minutes' cycle).

In 2024, my house was issued a selective landlord license by Oxford Council. After getting my UK master's degree, I am now a live-in landlady and work four to five days per week in the town centre.
