This semi-detached house has one double room available. It is best for students or professionals potentially, not couples. All bills are included, not council tax (the student does not need to pay council tax). The house is in a friendly, safe, and quiet Oxford neighbourhood.
My house was issued the selective landlord license by Oxford Council in 2024. Now I am the live-in landlady.
The available double room has a 150*200cm king-size double bed with duvets, beddings and pillows, a four-door large wardrobe with mirrors, a nice lamp, side bed tables, new carpets on the floor, and a new desk. The Kitchen tools are provided. The house only has one bathroom to share with me who is the landlady, and the alcohol spray is available.
The house has a nice pretty back garden and front garden. It has an open kitchen on the ground floor with a clean new hob, a new clothes dryer, a new washing machine, a dishwasher, a fridge, an oven, and a new boiler in the bathroom on the first floor.
The walk to JR Hospital is about 8 minutes, and the walk to Oxford Brookes University Marston and Headington campus is about 15 to 30 minutes by two to three different pathways. It takes 3 minutes to walk to the shops and several bus stops. The bus lines available are X3/14/700, and H2. It takes 15-20 minutes by bus to reach the town centre. Oxford University Park (Town centre) is a 30-40-minute walk.
I am the landlady. I like yoga, walking, gardening, going to the gym, reading, writing, and making friends. I am a marketer and writer.
Rental:
£880/four weeks From October to April for the double room, £860/four weeks From May to September;
£720/four weeks for the single room (each winter December 8th till Jan 6th. and each summer holiday July 8th till September 6th only).
The bills of electricity, gas, water, and Wi-Fi are covered, one-month rental deposit.
The tenant can park one car in the front garden parking space. The back garden can do BBQ with my BBQ tools. Two sheds can store things including your bike, and luggage.
Housemates respect each other. No pets, no smoke. No drugs.
