I'm looking to shift the lease of my double ensuite room in Headington, Oxford (~10 min from the JR Hospital & 15 min from Headington Shops).
The Room: The room has a lot of natural light, is South facing (both sunrises ans sunsets), has a large built in cabinet, and comes furnished (with a desk, bed, etc).
Rent: The rent is 700 GBP / month not including utilities (max expected of 50 GBP / month). There is a deposit to cover.
Time Frame: And, the term of the rental is from ~1 July 2024 for at least 6 months.
Where: It is in a 6 bedroom house on Benson Road, with a shared kitchen, living area, and garden.
Why am I leaving this place: I am moving out because I'm traveling significantly and am not in Oxford long enough to rent an apartment, at the moment.
