Rent will be £1050 per month, all bills included.

Furnished - the bedroom will be furnished and the rest of the house will be partly furnished - all essentials will be available.

I am looking for a professional, no age or gender preferences but not a student.

Parking is available on the street, however you must apply for a parking permit from the council.

Garage is available for bikes etc and is locked.
