Spacious double in friendly houseshare

Hi,

We’re a group of three young professionals in our 20s looking to find a fourth person to move in at the start of September (although we may be able to accommodate as early as mid August), as one of our housemates is moving in with his soon-to-be wife!

We enjoy socialising together and often take in in turns to cook for each other, which you’d be welcome to join in with as much/little as you’d like! We’re very clean and tidy and respect each other’s personal space.

The room is spacious with a double bed, a desk and plenty of storage space.

The house has two bathrooms (one with a toilet and one with a toilet, bath, and shower) which are shared between three of the housemates.

There is a large utility room on the bottom floor with plenty of cupboard space, a washing machine and tumble dryer. At the rear of the utility room there is a conservatory which leads out onto a small garden.

The top floor of the house has a large dining room and kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, gas hobs, a fan oven, a combination microwave oven, and loads of cupboard space.

The living room is on a mezzanine level above the kitchen and has a TV and lots of natural light.

There is parking out the front of the property.

The property is just off of the Oxford ring road near Green Road Roundabout. There are shops and local amenities a walking distance from the property.

The house is council tax band E. Please note bills are not included and amount to about £130 each per month.
