Double bedroom with sunny garden and gym

I'm moving out of a great house in Headington and one room will become available. I've lived there since 2015, and with one of the current housemates for around 5 years (only moving out due to a job in Australia!).

The room would ideally suit an easy-going professional individual
The room itself has a double bed, large built-in wardrobe/storage along one wall, desk area and chest of drawers. In addition to a great lounge and kitchen, there's a lovely garden with seating area, bbq, veggie patch and even a gym. There's plenty of secure bike storage too.

The house is less than 10 years old so is warm with low bills. Plenty of parking outside and excellent transport links into centre of oxford and london <5min walk away. Hospitals are a lovely <20min walk through Bury Knowle park and Old Headington.
