Flatmate needed to replace my current one who is moving to another city for study. Available to move in September. Perfect for a young professional working in Headington or the city centre, especially if you work at the JR hospital! Females only please.
Inside the home:
- Double bedroom with cupboard, chest of drawers, and night stand included.
- Shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom with myself.
- Council tax band B, and electric/gas, water, and wifi bills will all be split evenly. This typically works out to an extra £100ish a month

Outside the home:
- A 20 minute bus into the city centre, A few minutes from a 14 bus stop and 10 minutes from an X3, 700, H2 bus stop.
- Many corner shops nearby, and within walking distance of a pub.
- Quiet residential road
- A 15-20 minute walk from the JR hospital
- Plenty of street permit parking if you have a car
- Small shed space perfect for a bike

I am a young professional currently working for the NHS. I work a mixture of WFH and in office and due to the nature of my work will need a confidential space when working.

I’m friendly and clean, and I’m happy to socialise but will also give you your space if you’d like. Happy to share things like plates, pans etc as long as we’re respectful of them, and happy to do plans for things like cleaning. My partner will often be over on weekends and occasionally during the week also, he is as respectful and nice as I am. I often go away for weekends to see my family in Somerset.
