Do you have experience working with people who are living with Dementia? Would you like to offer some companionship and support?

This house is in the lovely location of Headington, Oxford.
It comes as part of a Two Generations Homeshare, in which you will commit to approx. 15-20 hours per week of help in the home.

The current homeowner is a lovely lady in her 70's who is living with Alzheimer's. She is a very sociable lady who is a retired nurse and loves singing and crossword puzzles.

She is looking for companionship and the reassurance of an overnight presence in her home. She would like someone who can spend some time with her during the daytime and evenings, go for a walk or coffee together and can help with a few household chores.

The ideal sharer will be HAVE DEMENTIA EXPERIENCE, be friendly, warm and enjoy chatting. They should have also had their covid vaccinations.

The sharer can be studying, retired or working part time, but should have some time available during their week and at some point in the weekend to offer some companionship.

The sharer has a lovely single room with access to a shared bathroom. The sharer is welcome to use of the rest of the home including the kitchen, lounge and a well kept garden.
