Lovely double room close to central Headington

Hi I'm looking for someone to rent my spare room - a lovely double room with views over the hills, a 15 min walk to central Headington (very close to JR, Churchill hospitals).

I have an ensuite so you would have primary use of the main bathroom, bedroom comes with a double bed, desk, drawers and wardrobe with room for extra storage under the bed too.

I'm very respectful of peoples space in a shared living environment, and I am quiet, clean and tidy. I have a busy life with lots of sport (running, tennis, cycling etc) so not always around but I'd be happy to do a few things together if we have similar interests.

I'm looking for someone friendly who is also respectful of space, and is clean and tidy. I really enjoy having a relaxed place to live, so please get in touch if you have a similar living style/preferences :)

Rent includes all bills except electricity and water (roughly £50 per month each but dependent on usage).

There is plenty of on-street parking right outside of the flat, and a bike shed to store bikes. The number 8 bus goes right into the centre and stops directly opposite the flat, and the Oxford tube has a stop less than a 5min walk away.

The flat is airy with lots of light, and is very quiet. The room is currently occupied as seen in the photos.

I'm open to 7days per week or mon-fri lets (price would be adjusted so can discuss this). Move in date can also be flexible.
