I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy for the next year (September 2024-September 2025). Ideally you will take the room for the whole duration of that tenancy.

Only students or apprentices are permitted. You will need to provide evidence of being a student (at any educational institution), apprentices are eligible too.

The room is an ensuite with its own toilet, sink and shower, and is furnished with a small double bed with underbed storage drawers, a wardrobe with 2 clothing racks, as well as a large desk with drawers and a chair. There is plenty of space to store belongings. There are numerous power sockets (with USB), and there is free wi-fi and heating in the room.

The kitchen and dining room is shared with 3 other flatmates, equipped with a cooker, oven, microwave, and you will have your own cupboards and fridge/freezer space.

Amenities include an onsite laundrette, lounge/games room, reception/concierge area with 24/7 security, where any queries can be directed, as well as secure post/delivery collection. The entrance is secured by key fob access.

Taking the 4-bed flat is the best option at The Park.

It is close to bus stops to the city centre, JR hospital, local universities, and shops. There is an Aldi, Homebase and a gym within 10 minutes walking distance.
