Due to a change in circumstance, I need to find someone to take on my flat in The Park Headington.
I haven't moved in yet and the tenancy starts on the 14th September.
The flat has four bedrooms and a shared kitchen. the room has an ensuite.
I don't know who the occupants are as yet.
All bills are paid and £212/week is the rate from the Student accommodation agreement..
The parkway is close to all amenities including Gym, Supermarket and of course the Universities.
