It is located off a quiet street on one side of a communal green, within walking distance (15 minutes) to Oxford University's Old Road Campus Science area and Churchill Hospital. It is a 3-minute walk to the bus stop, from where you can get buses to John Radcliffe Hospital (15 minutes), or the City Centre and Oxford University's colleges (20 minutes) and Brooke's University.

It is a bright well-lit room on the first floor which is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, storage units, armchair, light fittings and overlooks a large private garden. The shower room, separate WC, kitchen, living, dining room, and home office will be shared with the landlord. The tenant will also have full access to the garden, patio area and utilities room. Parking permits can be arranged in advance for residents only on-street parking. You will be sharing the property with the landlord/housemate who is an academic working at Oxford University.
