Heya :) I am sadly moving back to Germany and need someone to takeover my room here in 9 Valentia Road. All three flatmates are from India, super chill, friendly and always open for good conversations hand hanging out in the living room! The house is right between headington shops and brooks Uni so both are accessible in 6min by foot. I also have a bike which I can sell to you if you are interested :)
The rent is 550, however since the room is the smalles I arranged with my flatmates that it costs 50p less which they split so that may also apply for you.
The contract is going until February but can be easily prolonged!
