En-Suite double room at Beech house accommodation

I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy for this accommodation, I do not have any requirements for who takes this flat, they just have to be a student as this is a student accommodation.

The building has storage for bikes, study areas, an outdoor patio, building managers and laundry rooms with washers and dryers.

The room is spacious, bright and modern and there's plenty of storage in the room. The common areas like the kitchen and hallways are always kept clean. The flatmates are warm and friendly. I am not moving because I am dissatisfied with the flat at all, my University plans have just changed.
