Spacious double room with a private toilet (no shower) located just next to the room. Ideal for those who prefer a bit more privacy. Comfortable simba mattress with ottoman pressure lift storage under the bed.

• Room 2 – £850/month (available from mid August 2025)
Bright and spacious double room with fully fitted wardrobes.

• Room 3 – £750/month (available from End of Nov 2025)
Single room with desk and clothes rail, perfect for a tidy, budget-friendly setup.
