Private spacious double room exclusively for female guests, with a private separate toilet conveniently located next to the room. Close to Brookes University, Churchill, Nuffield, and JR Hospital, all within walking distance. Female guests only, as common areas such as the bathroom, kitchen, and living room are shared.

All bills included.
£150 per week or £650 per month for Monday - friday let.

For full week let it’s £200 per week or £850 per month.

Happy to consider 2 or 3 days let per week option too. Price can be discussed.

Would consider short term let for full week. Price would be different for that.
