• Room 1 – £850/month (available end of December/Jan 2026)
Spacious double room ground floor Ideal for those who prefer a bit more privacy. Comfortable simba mattress with ottoman pressure lift storage under the bed.

• Room 2 – £850/month (available from March 2026)
Bright and spacious double room with fully fitted wardrobes. Brand new mattress

• Room 3 – £750/month (available from End of Nov 2025)
Single room with desk and clothes rail, perfect for a tidy, budget-friendly setup. Brand new mattress

• Room 4 – £950/month (available from 18th of December 2025) -this ensuite room located at the rear of the house with a separate entrance. Everything in this ensuite room is brand new. Room comes with single bed with a comfortable orthopedic mattress. Kitchenette Area: Equipped with a mini fridge freezer, sink, microwave, toaster, arifryer, rice cooker and kettle
Ensuite: Modern standing shower, toilet, and basin attached to the room. This is a double-size room with a pull-out bed that can convert to a double. Due to space limitations, only a single bed is currently provided.
