We are looking for one more housemate to join us in a house right next to the Old Road campus, Headington. It's a 5 minute walk from a number of academic departments such as IDRM, Big Data Institute, Botnar, etc. It's also in an ideal location for commuting to Churchill and JR Hospitals, and is opposite to several bus stops.
The property is managed by Lucy Properties, and rent will be roughly 610 to 650 pounds (bills not included), depending on room selection.
The tenancy will start from November 1st until May 31st (with possibility for extension). You will join a DPhil student (myself) and a professional working at JR Hospital.
