Hi, I am Kanggeon Kim. I obtained PhD in Oncology from the University of Oxford and is currently a postdoctoral researcher working at University of Oxford & NHS. I am looking to team up with a person to share a 2-bedroom flat in Headington.

The property is a charming and bright two bedroom upper floor apartment, located on Old High Street in Headington. The property is situated nearby various shops and local amenities, as well as the picturesque Bury Knowle Park. Off road allocated parking available. Offered furnished from November 2024 for a minimum 12-month tenancy. Rent will be around 1,000 GBP per person (including bills and council tax).

If you want to move forward with me, we will fill out the contract together and submit it to the landlord—no money exchange between us. The only requirement is that our combined annual income should be above 54,000 GBP. I earn 38,000 annually, so the minimum for you is 16,000 GBP. If you are a student without income, then you would need a UK-based guarantor.

About myself: I In my spare time I like reading research papers, spending time in nature, practicing meditation, reading about self-development, getting to know people around me, and doing workout at the gym. When living together, I'd be happy to respect privacy and be in my own space. It is important to me to share a house with people who like taking care of their home, and who value healthy living, mindfulness and kindness.
