3 double bedrooms and one single bedroom available

Hey :)

Im a second year Oxford Brookes student and I just came back from a placement year in London.

My friends who are my current flatmates are in their last year at university. This means they will move out next year .
Im looking for 4 new people to join the house as I really like living here and would like to avoid moving out . The house is next to Oxford Brookes University ( 2 min walk ) Headington Campus.
I would love to keep it a friendly environment like it is now . Im very open to meet new people and make new friends and Im looking for people who are in the same mood :)
We do also have a cat that comes visit everyday her name is Chanel

The house has two bathrooms and five rooms and is in two floors.
The garden is a great to host bbqs :)

As it is a student contract house , only students are allowed to live in the house.
